Goldenest Return Policy

At Goldenest we strive to offer our customers the best interior products and a pleasant shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, so we have created the following returns policy:

Return conditions for standard products
- You have the right to cancel and return your order for standard products within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The costs of return shipment are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

Exception: Custom-made products
- Unfortunately, custom products cannot be returned as they have been manufactured and personalized especially for you.

How can you return?
1. Submit your return request through the return form below within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. After approval, you will receive return instructions from us.
3. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 30 days.

Exchange
Would you like to exchange a product? Then follow the same process as above for returns and then place a new order via our webshop.

Damage or defects
If a product arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will ensure that you receive a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
