These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries from GoldenEst. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Products and Descriptions

We do our utmost to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. However, colors or dimensions may differ slightly depending on your screen settings or manual finishing.

4. Prices

All prices stated include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. GoldenEst reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The agreement is concluded when GoldenEst confirms the order. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the order. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

• PayPal

7. Shipping and Delivery

The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page. We do our best to always deliver within this time frame, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for returns:

• The product is undamaged and in original condition

• The product is in the original packaging

• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. After receiving the return, you will receive a refund within 30 days via the original payment method.

9. Warranty

All our products have a warranty period of 24 months, unless stated otherwise. The warranty expires if:

• Damage due to incorrect use

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by third parties or changes made by yourself

10. Liability

GoldenEst is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.

11. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at support@goldenest.store. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can contact the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoldenEst website, including images, texts, logos and product names, is the property of GoldenEst or licensed to GoldenEst and may not be copied without prior written permission.
