Most faux flowers are mass-produced with cheap PVC and printed-on color. You can spot them across a room, the shine, the stiff stems, the petals that look like plastic up close. Ours are made from real-touch material with a matte finish that mimics how a real petal actually catches light. The stems are hand-bent, the leaves are individually attached, and each bouquet is checked by us before it ships. We're not the cheapest faux flowers you'll find. We're the ones you won't regret buying.

No. This is one of the biggest complaints about cheap faux flowers and it's the first thing we eliminated. Our flowers are made with food-grade silicone and real-touch materials that don't off-gas. When you open the box, you'll smell the packaging, not the flowers. If you ever receive a stem with any noticeable smell, we'll replace it.

Yes. We deliberately photograph our flowers under natural light without filters or saturation boosts, what you see is what arrives. If anything, our flowers look slightly more vivid in person than on screen, because our photos are calibrated to under-promise. If the color isn't what you expected, you have 30 days to send them back.

Send them back. You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund, no questions about why, no return fee, no hassle. We'd rather you return them than keep flowers you're not happy with. About 9 out of 10 customers tell us our flowers look better than they expected from the photos. But if you're in the other 10%, we'll make it right.

Almost none. No watering, no trimming, no replacing. Once a month, run a soft dry cloth over the petals if you notice dust, or use a hairdryer on its cool setting for a faster job. That's it. No vase changes, no dropped petals, no green water to deal with.

Years. Our flowers come with a 2-year warranty as a baseline, but most customers tell us theirs still look the same 3-5 years later. Keep them out of direct sunlight (which fades any flower, real or faux, over time) and they'll outlast most of your furniture. One customer recently wrote in to say her bouquet still looks perfect five years on.

Each bouquet ships in a custom-fit box with individual stem protection, not stuffed into a generic mailer. Petals are wrapped, stems are secured, and the box itself is rigid enough to survive courier handling. If anything arrives bent or damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it within 48 hours. This is also why our packaging looks the way it does when you open it, we'd rather over-protect than save a few cents on shipping materials.
